Welcome to Simplified Solutions, a service provided by Loveless Outdoor Media, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, portal, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Simplified Solutions. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and you will maintain the accuracy of such information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the Service or associated software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s functionality, security, or operation.

2. Account and Access

Once registered, customers will gain access to our portal at https://simplifiedsolutions.io/portal, where they may:

• Onboard organizations and configure service levels.
• Manage device enrollment through OS- and role-specific installers.
• View organization device status, invoices, and billing history.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Our services are billed monthly based on daily usage. We calculate and store daily device usage, service levels, taxes, and applicable discounts. An invoice is generated at the end of each billing period (30 days).
